The Lady Viking volleyball team traveled to Brenham Tuesday to play Columbus and Brenham.

In their first match of the night Bryan beat Columbus 25-21, 13-25, 25-21, 25-23. Reagan Boenker led the Vikings with 17 kills, 5 aces, and 12 digs. Jessica Pfeffer added 11 kills, 2 aces, and 8 digs. Abby Cullen had 34 assists, 3 aces, and 3 blocks, and Brittney Jones had 4 blocks. Brittany Little had 12 digs.

Bryan fell to Brenham in the second match 14-25, 29-31, 26-24, 25-17, 15-17. Boenker again led the Vikings with 25 kills and 6 aces. Jessica Pfeffer had 7 kills and 12 digs. Brittany Little had 16 digs. Meghan Wilkinson had 6 kills and 2 blocks. Bryan’s record is 6-2.

They play in the Spring Branch tournament Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The junior varsity team lost to Columbus 17-25, 10-25 and to Brenham 23-25, 25-16, 15-17. The freshman A team beat Columbus 25-21, 25-21 and Brenham 25-7, 25-12. The freshman B team fell to Brenham 20-25, 9-25.
