Transfer forms are required annually for each student requesting a transfer. Transfer forms are not required for students entering or currently enrolled in the following programs: Pre-K, Bilingual, Odyssey, Inquire, Dual Language, Bryan Collegiate High School

Transfer forms are available at the Travis Educational Support Center at 101 N. Texas Avenue, Suite 111.

Please note: transfer forms are not available at campuses; may not be sent or accepted electronically or by fax; may not be duplicated.

Parents will be notified in writing, on or before August 1st, of whether or not the request has been approved or denied.
