The swim team competed at the Tomball Invitation on October 1.
The girls placed third overall. Swimmers who placed in the top eight for individual events included:
Julia Cook – 1st in both the 50 and 100 freestyles
Anna Herbert – 2nd in the 500 freestyle
K’Lee Rudd – 3rd in 100 back and 8th in 200 Individual Medley
Abigail Surley – 4th in 200 Individual Medley and 7th in 50 freestyle
Elizabeth Tag – 5th in 100 breastroke
Cat Darnell – 6th in 100 back and 8th in 50 freestyle
Maya Gutierrez – 7th in 200 freestyle
Rebecca Hutchinson- 7th in 500 freestyle
The boys team placed 6th overall. Individuals placing in the top eight include:
Joel Coppernoll – 1st in 200 freestyle and 3’rd in 500 freestyle
Conner Destefano – 5th in 100 breastroke
Lukas Jones – 7th in 200 individual medley
Matthew Hutchinson- 8th in 100 breastroke
