Students who are interested in going to college after high school and are willing to take higher-level classes are encouraged to apply for the AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) program.
9th graders in the program are required to take at least one Pre-AP class and 10th graders are required to take at least two Pre-AP classes.
Applications can be picked up from room 3238 during lunch or after school. All applications are due on Wednesday, December 6 with interviews scheduled with applicants before finals.
