The purpose of this survey is to assist your child’s school with their school improvement plans. An important step in the school improvement process is to hear from everyone in the school community including parents and students. Your child will be completing a similar survey at school. You will be asked a series of questions about your general experience with the school and your child’s experience as you know it. When you read the statement, please choose the level of agreement as it applies to most of your child’s classes, teachers, and the campus. Your individual answers will be kept anonymous.
