The boys and girls wrestling teams were in action on Saturday Nov. 12 at the Bobcat Brawl Wrestling Tournament at Cy Fair High School. As a team the boys finished 2nd out of 8 schools and the girls finished 3rd of 8.
For the boys, individual medals were earned by the following wrestlers:
First place: Andres Gonzalez(113) and Jamarcus Thomas (182)
Second Place: Caden DeJesus (132)
Third Place: Larry Duron (120), Dustine Korzynski (138),David Frazier (152), Mario Vasquez (182) and Kemonte Ross (195)
For the girls, individual medals were earned by:
First Place : Teya Villalpando (128)
Second Place: Mikayla Hodnett (138), Makia English (148)
The team will be in action again this Friday and Saturday in Austin at the Capitol City Classic held by Austin ISD at the Delco Center.
