The crack of the bat, the smell of the fresh mowed grass, the overwhelming emotion of being a part of something bigger than yourself. These are just a few of the things that make softball a way of life for senior twins Jacque and Jess Adams. As the softball team continues to celebrate win after win this season, the girls are also looking forward to playing at the University of Louisiana Lafayette as part of the Ragin Cajun softball team.

Several unfortunate events have occurred so far as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. From small businesses permanently shutting their doors to shortages of toilet paper and poultry, the economy has suffered greatly. Recently, another unexpected effect of the virus has arisen: a coin shortage.
