The Viking Indoor Percussion placed 1st this weekend at the Texas Color Guard Circuit Cypress Falls Competition. VIP ended up at the top of the Scholastic A Class with a score of 74.6. Their next performance will be at the TCGC Championship at Reed Arena on Saturday, April 8th.

Viking Indoor Percussion had a program-best performance at the Winter Guard International Houston Percussion Regional held at Dekaney High School in Spring on Saturday. VIP earned a spot in the finals competition Saturday night and finished in 4th place and earned their highest recorded score, 79.1

The JV and Varsity Color Guards competed at the Texas Color Guard Circuit’ Cypress Lakes High School Competition on Saturday. Both groups earned 1st place in their classifications. The Indoor Percussion group also competed and earned 1st place.
