The swim team hosted a double dual meet against Huntsville and Tomball High School earlier this month. The Viking boys beat Huntsville 138-61 and Tomball 129-110. Individual winners included James Coppernoll in the 100 and 200 free, Ayden Ayers in the 50 Butterfly, Alfonso Bautista-Mendez in the 50 back, and Hayden Moreno in 1 meter diving. All three of the boys relays also won with Coppernoll,Ayers, Moreno, Cannon Bogert, Adam Espinoza, and Oliver Smith
The Viking girls beat Huntsville 157-99 and Tomball 166-94. Individual winners for Bryan were Elizabeth Tag in the 50 and 200 freestyles, K’Lee Rudd in the 100 Individual Medley and 50 backstroke, Rebecca Hutchinson in the 50 Butterfly, Cayla Jimenez in 1 meter Diving and Selah Pilkington in the 50 breaststroke. The Viking girls also won all the relays with contributions from Tag, Rudd, Hutchinson, Pilkington, Rachel Hutchinson and Paiten Evans.
