The Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior and Senior Class Councils will be meeting on Wednesdays immediately after school in Room 1200. The Student Council will meet following the Class Council meetings at 4:00 on Wednesday afternoons in room 1200.
All students are encouraged to attend, as the class councils work on spirit and fundraising activities. The Junior Class council is also in charge of planning and putting on Prom. The Sophomore Class council has traditionally put on a spring dance like Sadie Hawkins.
The Student Council works on many school projects such as Pink Out Tackle for the Cure, No Texting while Driving awareness, Freshman Fish Camp, Viking Day at the Children’s Museum, Anti-Bullying awareness, the Tailgate party at the Crosstown Showdown and Homecoming elections, along with other projects.
