Mental health in teens is a serious issue in today’s society. Oddly enough, not a lot of people talk about it. People often feel lonely in some of their darkest times with nobody to turn to, and that’s a problem. Show love to the people that deserve it the least because those are the ones that need it the most.

Though golf is frequently considered an individual sport, there are team components even when the team is small. Senior Ryan Wilson has shown leadership and strength of character throughout the season.

I’ve been watching The Walking Dead since the Season 1 premiere in 2010, and ever since then, I have been a long-time super-fan of the AMC drama/horror series. While it is a great
show, there have definitely been some flaws in the writing over time, and some mistakes are bigger than others.

I’m going to be honest, Train to Busan had me crying non-stop in the final scenes of the movie. While I’m not going to spoil what happened for those who haven’t seen this movie yet, I would recommend watching it.

Athlete safety has become more of a focus in recent years as things like concussions and general physical stamina have come under scrutiny. Prevention is key at any age, but in young athletes it has become the norm to help them prepare their entire body through multiple sports instead of pushing a single activity.

After listening to all of Linkin Park’s albums, I loved all of them, but the one that stood out to me the most was A Thousand Suns. It is a concept album dealing with human fears, such as a nuclear war and the end of the world. This was a genius move on Linkin Park’s part, as the different style took the band to a whole new level.
