Sophia Bradley March 30, 2022
Everyone dreams of meeting their idols. Some people wind up on the lucky end and get to meet the people they look up to. Freshman English teacher Abby Scoresby was among those luckier people when one of her favorite authors flew all the way from England to visit her and her students.

Hunter Harlin March 23, 2022
Cane’s is the best fast food place in Texas and possibly the world. What Cane’s lacks in variety they make up for in pure quality, value, and service. Besides, what's better than having a cute dog as your company mascot.

Whataburger’s menu variety makes it clear winner of fast-food restaurants

Tyler Greensage March 22, 2022
Whataburger is overall the best fast food restaurant in the world. I don’t necessarily think they have the best burgers, breakfast, or service, but they are all-around the best place and they are certainly better than Cane’s.

Writer’s style shines bright spot on realistic fiction genre

Courtney Lamb March 21, 2022
First of all, I do not read contemporary/realistic fiction. At all. Abbie Emmons’ 100 Days of Sunlight screams contemporary realistic fiction just by looking at the cover. The fact that I was able to get through the entirety of this embarrassingly yellow book proved it was fairly good.

Limited vocabulary, poor grammar cloud communication

Samantha Lamb March 11, 2022
Our school and society as a whole faces a big problem with language and vocabulary. It is now widely considered acceptable to use profanity in normal conversation and in the classroom. People get away with using small words when a higher vocabulary helps give more detail and is more precise. The language used for texting is particularly atrocious; letters and words are different, but apparently people have forgotten this.

ontinue listening to the good classics from the previous century. I have listened to newer music, but I think the best eras of music are found in the 20th century. I like most genres of music, as long as the music is older than me. Some of my favorite artists include Queen, The Beatles, Billy Joel, The Beach Boys, Michael Jackson, and Elvis Presley.

The show and franchise Strawberry Shortcake has been a part of many generations' lives and has evolved over the past few decades to appeal to different age groups. Making its debut in 1979, the show continues to evolve today; however, it may not be for the best.

All things being equal: Queen still reigns on small screen

Jasmine Samis March 9, 2022
I’m the type of person who ends up getting tired or bored with certain television shows, especially if they have something to do with crime. However, there’s one show that’s changed my perspective: The Equalizer.

Reily Dominy February 18, 2022

Kendall, James, Logan, Carlos; who do I choose!? They are all amazing guys, (except for James) but who is the best of them all? Logan Henderson is the only member in the hit show and band Big Time Rush...
